From registration to visibility

To be listed on the site, you only need to complete two simple steps:
register and complete either the caregiver or family profile form.
Our guide explains each step in detail.

Create your account in just a few minutes.

1. Registration

As the first step, create your account on the registration page.

2. Complete your profile

Add the important details so others can get a clear picture of you.

3. Activate your profile

A visible profile gives you a better chance of being chosen directly by families, without an agency.

Once you have completed your profile, set your profile visibility to public on the My Account page.
As a caregiver, you can be listed on the site completely free of charge until 10 January 2027, without providing card details or taking out a subscription. After 10 January 2027, you will need an active profile subscription to remain visible.
As a family, to be listed on the site, you need to complete your profile and set its visibility to public; this is completely free for 10 days.

4. Contact unlock

If your profile is active and visible on the website, users can request your contact details directly, and we will also notify you by email.
